My journey into the corporate world began with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where I honed my understanding of how businesses operate and grasped the essence of top-tier customer service. This experience laid a solid foundation for my career path.



For the past 12 years, I've delved deep into the world of recruiting, honing my expertise in understanding the ever-evolving hiring market. Nearly three years ago, I founded Allium, a firm committed to bringing value to organizations by helping them navigate the complexities of hiring. 


My goal is to empower businesses to focus on their growth initiatives, with the ultimate aim of self-sustainability once my services concluded.


The partnership is essential for success. I grew up playing basketball and learned that teamwork is the only way to win. 


This same principle applies to recruiting.

Notable Projects:


1. Expanding Law Firm - Allium’s First Client! 

● Played a vital role in hiring full-time staff for two office locations and implemented a comprehensive onboarding process, enhancing organizational development through new policies and procedures. The employees we placed are still there three years later! 


2. $1+ Million Law Firm - most recent client project (6 months) 

● Hired to implement new processes through Organizational Development methods. Including team/culture deep dives, 1:1s, and brainstorming sessions followed by strategic implementations. 


3. IP (Intellectual Property) SaaS Firm - UK-Based Acquisition

● Helped grow the US team. We recruited and placed IT and Business Development talent for a recently acquired SaaS firm focused on Intellectual Property. Worked with the Founder (Attorney), encompassing hiring, organizational development, and cultural integration. 


4. $600M Software Firm (Pre-IPO) 

● Successfully sourced, staffed, and placed a new mobile engineering team (iOS/Android), to support the firm's goal of going public within 3-5 years. 


5. Blockchain Technology Company (NFT Mortgage Company) 

● Assembled a proficient software development team, aligning with the company's innovative projects in blockchain technology. 


6. Cybersecurity Firm

● Recruited key positions, including System Administrators, Network Engineers, and Sales professionals, contributing to the firm's strategic expansion.
